Return Policy
We guarantee our product are good upon arrival. In a rare situation where there are mishandling that affected, we’ll refund your money or replace the product with this simple steps:-
Step 1: Contact sales@thepinkstuff.com.my or +60 16-778 7195 within 48 hours upon received your product and filling up our return form with details of the product and the defect.
Step 2: Ensure the product remain in original. Used / damaged product is not eligible for return.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.If your return is not valid, we will notify you. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Refund will takes place within 14-21 days from date of approval.
